The provided graph gives information on the time spent by male and female on household works in Great Britain. As is observed from the graph, female spent more time cooking, cleaning, clothing and child rearing while male spent more time on gardening and odd jobs.

According to the graph, female spend more than 200 minutes per day on household works while male spend about 140 minutes per day on those short of household jobs in Great Britain. On an average, female works more on household tasks like cooking, baking, cleaning, washing, house tidying, child caring and sewing. For those short of jobs, women work almost 3 times than the men do. On the contrary, male work more on gardening, pet care, odd job maintaining more than women do and they spend the highest amount of time on gardening and pet caring while the female work their highest amount of time on cooking, cleaning and washing.

In conclusion, female work significantly more than men on household works like cooking, washing, cleaning and child nurturing while men spend their majority of time on household works like gardening, pet caring and odd jobs compared to the time they spend on household tasks.

The bar chart gives information about the division of household tasks carried out by men and women across a range of household works in Great Britain.

It is clear from the chart that women are more likely to spend a large duration of time in four of the six household works. Therefore, household tasks, except for gardening and pet care, continue to be women-dominated work.

In detail, women made up a particularly large proportion of cooking, baking, and washing up tasks. Women spend four times more than men in cooking and washing-related jobs. There is a similar difference in cleaning and tidying the house. Almost 60 minutes of tidying tasks are mostly done by women per day. Men and women also have a striking difference in the amount of time in Gardening and pet care. Men held a large amount of time for Gardening and pet caring. This situation is smartly one-sided in caring for and playing with children. More than two times the amount is carried out by women in this case. Men are more likely to conduct maintenance jobs while women take part in the duty of clothes-related household work.

According to the bar graph, females in Great Britain do more household tasks than that of males, and males take care of odd jobs, gardening and pets more than they do other household tasks compared to women.

On average a male spends only 30 minutes each day for cooking, baking and washing while this time for women in Great Britain is about 74 minutes per day. In the case of house cleaning, women work for 58 minutes compared to 13 minutes by men. Men spent the least amount of time for washing, ironing and sewing clothes which was only 2 minutes per day compared to 25 minutes spent by a woman. Childcare task is also mainly done by female and they spend more than double time (45 minutes) than the time spent by males.

Males spend more time than female in case of gardening, pet caring and maintaining odd jobs. For these, men spend about 50 minutes and 36 minutes per day compared to only 21 minutes and about 10 minutes per day by a woman respectively. Children spend most of their time playing games and gardening activities. While men spend their time mostly on jobs or taking care of their pets and gardening.

When it comes to cleaning, tidying the house, we can see that women still allocate far more time (almost an hour a day) compared to just 13 minutes for men. Now regarding the garden work, caring for pets, and odd maintenance work, men like to engage more and spend more time doing such work. When men spend around 76 minutes doing such works, females manage to spend just half an hour for those works. Finally, men do almost no washing, ironing and sewing jobs at home while females spend 25 minutes a day to complete such tasks.
