Many believe that living in a city offers greater benefits compared to living in the countryside.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is now clear how many people have relocated from the countryside to the city in the last decade. I believe that this statement is true for the inhabitants of my country and this is why so many people each year migrate to cities.
First and foremost, we must examine why people move from villages to cities. The main reason is that people need jobs to earn money and buy necessities for survival, but people in rural areas do not have the opportunity to do so. The second issue is the education of the children, as many villages lack the resources to educate children, such as qualified teachers, basic staff, labs, libraries and so on – people move to cities. Undoubtedly, it reflects why cities offer far more benefits to their residents than villages do.
No doubt, living in the countryside has numerous health benefits. For starters, children from rural areas are less likely to become ill because they eat organic foods and breathe clean air. Furthermore, people who live in rural areas and lead an active lifestyle are unfamiliar with many types of communal diseases that are often widespread in cities. But when it comes to comparing the advantages that cities and villages offer, we can simply outline that cities have a great number of facilities for their residents.
In conclusion, earning, job, and education are quite vital for our living and cities offer those advantages while the countrysides often lack them. This is why I believe that cities offer more advantages to their residents than villages.
