A friend of yours is thinking of going on a camping holiday for the first time this summer. He/She has asked for your advice.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter,
- explain why you think your friend would enjoy a camping holiday
- describe some possible disadvantages
- say whether you would like to go camping with your friend this summer
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Reggie,
It is great to know that you're intending to go for a camping holiday in the coming summer, and also thank you for taking me into confidence for some advice. I think you should take the opportunity and make it this summer.
I think that you should go for a camping holiday because from my past camping experience, I can say that you'll quite enjoy it. After all, this camping holiday will offer you the opportunity to take a long walk in the wilderness and observe nature in its true habitat. You can also go to a nearby lake for fishing or swimming which you have always wanted to do. But, the best thing about this camping holiday will be that it'll actually improve your mood and rejuvenate you like nothing else.
Having said that, there are some disadvantages of such camping holiday as well, such as sharing bathrooms with other people at the campsite, bad weather, and dealing with bug bites and dangerous animals.
Anyway, I also would have loved to go camping with you this summer, but since my cousin is visiting me from abroad this summer, I'll have to give up on that idea.

How have you been? Recently, I got your letter stating that you are willing to join a summer camp for the first time, and this reminded me of my trekking days.
It'd be an electrifying experience for you as you will encounter several beautiful sites and take part in adventurous activities. It will also enable you to have the opportunity to make new friends. I can say that this will probably give you a new perspective to see the world and to enjoy the camping holiday to the fullest.
Besides having fun, there are a few things you should consider before going on such a trip. First, you might suffer from scarcity of food; which might turn into a negative experience. Moreover, high altitude might affect your health due to lack of oxygen. Be prepared to embrace those challenges.
As I have already enjoyed this summer at the Mount Batur camping site with my cousins, I should avoid going on another trip to the same place. Moreover, I have a few other priorities to settle.
I hope you enjoy the trip to the fullest and return with a happy note.

It's been a while since we have met, and I am very happy to see your letter. We all are doing good and hope all is well with your dear ones.
I hope that I will be able to help you with the decision on camping as I have been to the same camping site last summer. I always know you as an outdoor and adventure-seeking person. This camping will surely meet the criteria. Also, the weather would be so gentle and comfortable during this time of the year that it will make your camping pleasant and exciting.
At the same time, there could be few disadvantages if you are not prepared enough for it. Please do carry bug spray and mosquito repellant cream. Also, you have to drink a lot of water during trekking to stay hydrated and focused. Ensure that your camping tent is in good condition and can withstand heavy breezes during night times.
I surely would have loved to visit the camping site with you again. But, we have already planned a fun family visit to a hill station. Hope to see you soon

I hope you are doing well. I have just received your letter in which you have asked for my advice about a camping vacation this summer. I am glad that you have considered me for that.
Firstly, I think you should take the opportunity and go on this trip as I believe you will thoroughly enjoy it. Such camping and outdoor activities have various advantages; it helps you to be more self-reliant and get to know new people. Also, it cultivates the ability to work in teams. It allows you to harmonize with mother nature as well.
On the flip side, one of the most common challenges, which makes sleeping outdoor slightly inconvenient, is the swarms of nocturnal insects such as flies and mosquitoes which possibly strike camps. So please be cautious about it.
I wish I could accompany you on this trip! However, I have already enrolled in a summer course. Therefore, I have to study during the summer to improve my grades. Perhaps, we can re-do it next year.

I hope you are doing well. I learned from your letter that you are intended to go on a camping holiday this summer and asked me to advise you regarding this. I think you should take the opportunity and make it.
I believe you should go on a camping holiday in Murree because the weather at that time is far better than in winter. You can enjoy the surrounding beauty and explore the picturesque village there while learning some tips on how to live on your own. I would certainly recommend you choose Burban as a comping area if you want to relax in the middle of the stunning landscape and enjoy the breathtaking views.
Having said that, however, there are some issues that you must keep in mind. First, you have to share the bathroom with others, which can be a bit problematic for you. Secondly, dealing with bugs would be a big concern. Finally, there are only a few shops around with limited accessories.
I've recently completed some big audit tasks and now it's time to get away from all of it. I have some paid holidays as well. So I would like to join you and make this a memorable holiday.
