Begin your letter as follows:

Dear ............,

Sample Answer:

Dear Mr Oliver,

I am a participant at your training institute, writing to inform you that I am unable to continue my course as I am due to start a full-time job from the next week. I am hoping that you would either let me continue the evening course or permit me to discontinue it.

I am currently enrolled in a three-months' Graphics Desing course at your institution and so far the programme has been proven useful. I have just finished my first two weeks.

Last Monday I got a call from the Soft Tech, a reputed IT company, and I am expected to start my new job from the beginning of June. The timing would contradict my classes and hence I would like to know if you have any evening course that I can join.

As a junior consultant at Soft Tech, I am expected to work from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM and the new job means a lot to catch up. I, therefore, request you to transfer me to an evening course or permit me to discontinue the course.

Yours sincerely,

Hanson Ariana
